During this year, with the help of mentors and professors, my skills regarding planning, instruction, and assessment have grown. It is during this time that I have learned how to analyze my lessons to deliver the best to my students, organize my thoughts in order to deliver the best possible lesson, and design my assessments, before the lesson, in order to specifically target the content that my students need. I am proud of the growth I have made, and I am looking forward to the growth I will make.
